Life after GCBI....

Hey all! We hope that you guys are having fun with your internships and enjoying being back home...or creating a new home (Katy). We got to spend a week in Williamsburg, VA at my uncle's time share and it was AWESOME. We had the best time and it was much needed for us after such a busy year. We got to do lots of fun stuff and just relax....and the weather was AMAZING....no Florida humidity to contend with which was a welcome change! We're up in MD now, staying with my old room mate of 6 years - Jenn. You guys remember her I'm sure. I'm having fun hangin out with my two kitties also. Ben is working already with his old job - a furniture moving company - and he's liking it. He is ever the work horse. ;-) I'm working on a lot of GCBI stuff for next year....lots of planning to do and changes to make! It's been good to hang out with our friends and we're excited about being at Horizon over the next few weeks. We'll be leading worship a few times which we always love doing. There are also a couple fun coffee shops around town that we used to play and sing at, so we're gonna try to get some hook ups there too! (Ben once got a hundred dollar tip at one of those places! ) I am enjoying being away from the Florida heat - it is beautiful here. How are the rest of you guys?! We need to get everybody to give updates on here - I think it's a great idea! (props to Martin) We'll be praying for you guys!

Hey Guys,
This is our new blog! It is really simple to use and the advantage of it is that we all can post something on here and everyone will be notified. The main purpose here is to give us a place to update each other on what is going on in our lives and anything we want to blog about. You will need a Gmail account to do this, but Gmail is the best anyway so I hope that wont be a problem. You can still keep your old email address and all email that you receive at gmail will be sent to that address. I can help you set that up. All you need to do then is pick a display name, aka your own, and start blogging. Every time someone posts something here, an email of it will be sent to all of us. I have seen this work brilliantly for this purpose and it will work great for us. BTW, you can post pictures! If you want to see what those look like, check out my blog at www.jonathan-martin.blogspot.com.
